Our Approach
We conducted a full audit of the client’s existing sales setup and quickly introduced the fundamentals needed for a solid sales campaign (including processes, data capture & analysis, sales materials and a strong ICP). Once the sales engine was ready, we launched an email campaign to drive awareness, we followed up the email communications with a phone-based campaign to secure sales pitches.
