InReal Offices
InReal Offices is a commercial real estate broker, focused securing fantastic office space for clients in central London. InReal had a small team with limited bandwidth to undergo hiring, training and development of new sales professionals, and as such chose to work with us to access sales personnel to boost their pipeline of potential tenants.
Our job was to get on the phone and reach out to relevant businesses to establish their upcoming office space needs. It was a project that required maximum output from us given how competitive and fast-moving the London real estate market is. We were very successful in our endeavours and on average generated one new qualified opportunity per day for the InReal team to work on. One of these opportunities transpired to be the biggest single deal the client had ever worked on.
In addition to our sales development activity, we underwent a lot work to tidy up the client’s CRM, to clean their datasets and to organise some of their sales processes.
