Objectives
SilverNet Wireless aimed to create a direct sales channel, moving away from reliance on traditional distribution partnerships. The goal was to expand networking channels and facilitate introductions that would lead to successful deal closures in Ireland, the UK, the UAE, and the USA.
Our Approach
Pipeline was engaged to reach out to potential customers and distributors, build rapport, and set up meetings to foster partnerships and enhance direct sales capabilities.
Results
Successfully connected with South African distributors and network channels, securing meetings and forming partnerships across Europe and beyond. The project is ongoing and has already yielded significant progress.
Key metrics include the number of meetings secured with potential partners, the growth of direct sales inquiries, and the establishment of new distributor relationships across targeted regions.
